Project Overview
This project involved the preparation of structural and architectural drawings for a commercial tenant fit-out within an existing retail shell. The scope included interior reconfiguration, fixture layout integration, and coordination of new elements within the constraints of the base building.
An evaluation of existing structural systems was performed to verify load capacity and identify any limitations impacting the proposed layout. Modifications were designed to accommodate new partitions, display systems, and localized loading conditions while maintaining compliance with applicable building codes.
Special attention was given to coordination with architectural and MEP systems, ensuring clear load paths, constructability, and efficient use of space. The final drawing set provided a comprehensive, permit-ready solution supporting both design intent and structural performance.
