This project involved the structural evaluation and redesign of an existing elevated deck and screened porch that had been flagged under a county Notice of Violation.

The structure contained multiple deficiencies including inadequate beam spans, improper column support, and an incomplete load path transferring forces to a retaining wall.

Our team documented the existing conditions and developed a practical retrofit solution introducing new independent foundations, reinforced framing, and improved structural connections while minimizing demolition and disruption.
